About Evelina Badalov
PA-C, IFMCP
Every journey to healing has a beginning—this is mine. At Evoqué Wellness, my mission is simple: to help others find the answers, clarity, and balance they’ve been searching for. My path to functional medicine wasn’t just professional; it was deeply personal. Here’s how it all began…
-
My name is Evelina Badalov, and my story begins in the ancient city of Samarkand, Uzbekistan—but truly unfolds in the vibrant heartbeat of New York City, where I was raised. Today, I live in Great Neck, NY, with my wonderful husband Robert, our three incredible children—Talia, Joshua, and Adelle—and our cavapoodle, Jackson, who brings joy to our every day.
-
I became a Physician Assistant in 2005 after graduating from St. John’s University in Queens. Over the past two decades, I’ve served in high-acuity environments—from organ transplant surgeries to complex reconstructive procedures and intensive care units.
These experiences grounded me in the life-saving precision of conventional medicine—but also revealed its limitations.
-
That truth hit home when I became the patient. After facing my own health challenges—including Hashimoto’s, severe adrenal fatigue, and gut dysbiosis—I felt a calling to dig deeper. That search led me to the root-cause approach of functional medicine, which transformed both my health and my purpose.
-
Completed all training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).
Advanced certification in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (A4M).
Trained in Neural Therapy with Procaine.
Currently completing certification with WorldLink Medical (2025).
-
All of this came together in the founding of Evoqué Wellness—my heart’s work—a functional and integrative medicine practice grounded in the belief that true healing integrates mind, body, and spirit.
I am especially passionate about women’s health and supporting children and families on their path to vitality.

For me, the phrase “Ein Od Milvado” — “there is nothing else besides Him” — is a guiding reminder that everything is connected. It brings wholeness, trust, and peace in knowing that all of life is encompassed within the Divine. In moments of fear or uncertainty, it reassures me that there is always a greater plan at work. In healing, it’s a call to look beyond symptoms and circumstances, to see that every struggle, every step of healing, and every transformation is part of that higher plan—a reminder that we are always supported, even in the unseen.
This belief shapes not only how I practice medicine, but also how I live my life beyond the practice—as a wife, a mother, and a woman constantly learning and growing. It’s a truth that grounds me, inspires me, and keeps me connected to the bigger picture, both in my own journey and in the way I walk alongside others on theirs.
The Commitment
A healing partnership that evolves with you.
Not a Transaction — A Relationship
We don’t believe in quick fixes. When you begin care with us, you’re entering a relationship — one built on mutual trust, communication, and shared responsibility.
Healing is a Journey
Like any real transformation, healing takes time. We explore root causes, implement a plan, and make adjustments as your body responds. Your care will evolve — and that’s by design.
True healing requires effort on both sides.
We commit to:
Deep listening
Clinical excellence
Showing up with compassion and clarity
We ask you to commit to:
Honoring your body
Trusting the process
Being an active participant in your care
It Takes Mutual Commitment
