  • Evoque Wellness is an out-of-pocket practice. This allows us to spend the time and care you deserve without being limited by insurance restrictions. The good news? Most bloodwork can still be run through LabCorp or Quest and may be covered by your insurance. For everything else, we provide transparent pricing so there are no surprises. We provide a super bill upon request which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
